Our Mission

Sourcing manufactured goods from overseas is a highly profitable business practice. Apart from establishing a healthy cost-quality balance, the companies sourcing the goods can also gain a competitive advantage over their rivals by introducing new products in their arsenal.
However, while outsourcing sounds good on paper, the on-ground troubles related to product quality, delivery, and regulatory compliances can seriously hamper the business prospects of all parties involved.
Hence, for any company looking to engage in overseas product sourcing, it becomes crucial to have someone by its side that can help it deal with all of the issues mentioned above and then some. And this is where True Inspection comes into the picture.
Our team, composed of industry veterans, is well-versed in all aspects of global sourcing and uses this knowledge to curate in-house methods to fortify the interests of our clients and their associates.
We aim to help our clients and their associates heighten their profits and grow their business while keeping all safety, legal, social and environmental measures in place.

This is How We Do Things at True Inspection

True Inspection is committed to serving its clients in the best possible manner. As such, we have devised a proprietary methodology to gauge the requirements of our clients and act according to them.
Codenamed the DAE approach, it consists of three phases: Discussion, Analysis and Execution. Let us look at this methodology in more detail.

  • Discussion
  • The first phase, called the discussion phase, entails us inquiring our clients about what service(s) they want to employ. We then proceed to have in-depth discussions with them on the chosen service(s) and document the crux of the meeting. We explain to them the nature and components of the service(s) and address any subsequent queries arising from the discussions.
This is followed by us asking the clients about their specific necessities regarding quality standards, audit outcomes and more. Once the clients have detailed all of their must-haves, we gear ourselves up for the next phase.
The discussion phase is important as, apart from helping us understand the clients' demands, it encourages transparent communication between the parties involved. Also, since clients talk to us and not apply for a service through a website or app, the human factor present here encourages a sense of trust among all the parties.

  • Analysis
  • In the Analysis Phase, we look over all the details we recorded in the prior phase, scrutinising them to the last bit to adhere to the demands of our clients.
We then move on to drafting an execution strategy based on the service(s) opted by the client. Since each of our clients have unique needs, our strategies also differ accordingly. We centre these strategies around the client's requirements to hit as close to home as possible.

  • Execution
  • The final stage, that is the execution stage, sees us implementing our service(s) based on the strategies created in the previous phase.
Our team takes notes at every step of the execution process and compiles them in a report to be presented to the clients.
Once a service has been executed and desired results obtained, we begin the monitoring process. This is to observe any ensuing abnormalities and nip them in the bud.
